Product Description
Walnut Shell Filter Media is made from high-quality pecan shells. Processed by crushing, polishing, steam cleaning, anti-corrosion treatment and server screening, the Walnut Shell Filter Media is very tough with the advantage of abrasion resistance, large compressive strength (anti-pressure 23.4kgf), stable chemical performance, good absorption and good sewage interception ability(absorption rate: 27-50%). Easy backwash and regeneration with low backwashing intensity(6.7L/Sm2), fast filtration rate (24-26m / h), no hardening, no rot, renewal of 5-10% per year. Oil removal rate reaches 95% with oil content being down to 5mg /g or less. It can be applied to oil fields, fuel-efficient environmental protection equipment and so on.
